I have developed, implemented and managed a consistent, sustainable social media strategy for Cresa Ottawa. Before Zee and I came in, there wasn't a clear game plan on how to leverage social media (organic ways instead of paid) to grow the business, build brand awareness, and even generate leads. With our hard work over the last half and a year, we are able to map out a sustainable social media strategy. An "all-in-one" social media strategy includes details like what - theme and design, when - the time of the day, where - platforms to post for the company.

One of my specialties - Google Ads. When people talk about placing ads on Google, all they can think of might be creating an eye-catching graphic and coming up with a catchy headline. But the real process behind is definitely more than that.
Keyword research and optimization - finding and analyzing actual search terms that people enter into search engines.
Landing page design - creating a standalone, user-friendly, responsive web page, specifically for a single marketing or advertising campaign.

#1 - "Office Space For Rent" Google Search & Display Ads Campaign
Aim to target people who are looking for Office Space, Commercial Property, or Industrial Warehouse For Lease, Rent or Sale on the internet
#2 - "Pandemic Toolkit" Google Search & Display Ads Campaign
Aim to target people who are not searching for office space on the internet, basically with no intent. Our ads will then create an intent for them and slowly lead them to our service.
Major KPIs:
- Improve the quality score on most of the search ads from a 5/10 - average to 8/10 - above average
- Increase the Click-Through Rate (CTR) of all search ads from 0.71% to 1.21% by optimizing the keywords and its grouping
